Matty is a top brewer that really knows his stuff! Id enjoy every demo he runs if I could make them all. Even the wife feels welcomed in Matty's shop when getting supplies, he is the go to man for everything!

Great spot to grab ur brewing supplies, Matty is great very helpful and has helped solve a few brewing problems for myself , his shop is well stocked! And if its not there he has no hesitation to get it in ASAP! Well done Matty , thanks for the great service Cheers Brett
